James Kay
Specializing in landscape photography, Jim has worked as a professional photographer for 28 years. He currently serves as a professional advisor to Outdoor Photographer Magazine and has been featured in the Nikon Legends Collection. His photographs have been published in countless magazines, books, calendars and commercial advertising projects. His fine-art prints are currently displayed in public and private collections around the world. Jim's photographic passions center on his deep reverence for remote wilderness landscapes. As part of his commitment to these places, he works closely with, and provides photographs to, a wide range of land-conservation organizations and considers this one of the most important aspects of his work. Annette and Jim's new book and film, Resurrection - Glen Canyon and a New Vision for the American West, chronicles their five-year project to document the spectacular ecological rebirth of Glen Canyon as the water level of Lake Powell has receded due to a decade of drought. Jim and his wife Susie live in the Wasatch Mountains of northern Utah. See more of his work at www.jameskay.com.
