Reservations and Policies for MNA Ventures
Advance reservations are required for all Ventures trips. Reservations are held by credit card number upon registration and are confirmed with receipt of a $100 nonrefundable deposit. The balance is due 45 days prior to departure for all multi-day trips. Day programs require full payment with registration. You can pay by American Express, VISA, Discover, MasterCard, or personal check.

When you register for a Ventures trip, you’ll need to complete a Medical/Waiver form (these forms are available for you to download as PDFs from the trip pages). In some cases, we may contact you to learn more about your fitness level.
MNA is offering an Early Bird Discount. Book before January 1, 2009 and receive a $50 per person discount on all multi-day trips.
MNA members receive discounts! Not a member yet? Join when you register! Ventures reservations at the nonmember cost include a one-year MNA Painted Desert Affiliate membership—a $60 value.
You must submit your cancellation notice in writing. If you cancel at least 45 days prior to departure for multi-day trips, we will refund all but your $100 deposit (for day trips, we retain only a $25 administrative fee). If you cancel fewer than 45 days prior to departure, you will only receive a refund if the trip fills (minus any deposits or any administrative fees).
If MNA must cancel a trip due to inclement weather or insufficient enrollment, we will give you a full refund (including the deposit).
We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance through your insurance company.
